Growing up, my grandfather took the time to share his passion for cooking with me. I have literally been cooking since I could see over the stove. From my birth in North Carolina to my upbringing in the D.C. Metropolitan area and my time in the U.S. Marines where I had the opportunity to travel all over the world and try different flavors and spices, I share my grandfather’s passion for food. With every new region brings a different spice or way of cooking and I soaked up the knowledge like a sponge. I’m prior military and have traveled all over. That is what sets our food apart from all the rest, the variety. We think outside of the box when it comes to spices and how to put them together for an exquisite change in what you are used to. Not only that but instead of having a cookie-cutter menu, we can work with you to figure out what works best for what you want. With the blessing from my family to follow my dream and the shared passion for food, we want to give you the best event possible.
